Policies

Cancellation & Booking Policies

We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to offer that time to other clients.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any intake forms. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients. The full service fee may still apply for late arrivals.
Certain services (microblading, injectables, packages) may require a deposit at booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost and are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours.
For the safety of all clients and staff, we ask that you:
  • Inform us of any allergies, medications, or medical conditions before your appointment
  • Avoid booking if you are feeling unwell
  • Follow pre-care instructions sent after booking — these are critical for results and safety
  • Disclose any recent treatments (lasers, peels, injectables) that may affect your service
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Pre-purchased packages and gift cards are non-refundable but are transferable to another service or person.
